How many users can use it simultaneously on LAN?
Concurrency depends on the model, memory, workload and cloud-provider limits. Test your real team workload or contact us to choose a suitable configuration.
What if AI knowledge is outdated without internet?
Add recent documents to a compatible local knowledge base for retrieval. This does not automatically retrain the model. Cloud queries and model updates require the appropriate connectivity.
How to update system and apps?
System updates use USB offline mode. App updates can be done via the built-in 'KAIHE App Management' panel with one-click online/offline installation for the latest OpenClaw, Hermes, and other AI tools.
How to choose among so many models?
Choose A1 for an always-on agent with cloud AI. Evaluate C1/D1 configurations for local inference, E1/F1 for desktop development and G1 for larger memory needs. Compare model size, quantisation, software compatibility and budget.
