Content Creator Produces 5 Articles a Day? A Real Test of Kaihe AIBOX A1 + OpenClaw Multi-Agent Content Pipeline

๐Ÿ“– Glossary

AI Box (also known as Agent Computer / Agent PC), is a dedicated local hardware device that runs AI Agents. Pre-installed with an AI agent management system, plug-and-play, running 24/7. Users can remotely command AI to work via Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more.

Abstract: A content creator deployed a multi-Agent content pipeline on Kaihe AIBOX A1 โ€” one Agent for topic research, one for writing, one for images, one for distribution. The result: 5 high-quality articles published in a single day. Full workflow breakdown from ideation to publishing. How much human work can AI actually replace?

5 articles a day, quality intact โ€” I tried it. It works.

Before, writing solo, I maxed out at 1-2 articles daily. Topic selection: 1 hour. Writing: 3-4 hours. Finding images: 30 minutes. Formatting and publishing: 30 minutes. Each article took 5-6 hours from idea to live.

Now, running OpenClaw on Kaihe AIBOX A1 with 4 Agents dividing the work, I can take 5 articles from idea to publication in one day.

How the Content Pipeline Works

4 Agents, each owning one piece:

Agent A โ€” Topic Research. Every morning, it automatically scans trending topics, industry news, and competitor articles. Filters down to 3-5 worth writing about, with core angles and reference links. Pushes to my Feishu.

Agent B โ€” Writing. After I confirm topics, Agent B drafts articles in my established style. The style template was extracted from 10 previously written articles, so the output reads close to how I write.

Agent C โ€” Images. When Agent B finishes an article, Agent C generates cover art and body images. I use Seedream for image generation โ€” covers get brand elements, body images use scene-based 3D renders.

Agent D โ€” Distribution. Articles ready with images? Agent D formats and distributes to each platform โ€” WeChat Official Account, Zhihu, Baijiahao, Xiaohongshu. Format auto-adapts per platform.

Timeline Breakdown

A real day's workflow:

9:00 AM Agent A pushes 5 topic suggestions. I glance through, pick 3-5, reply "write this one."

9:10 - 12:00 PM Agent B writes. 3-5 drafts come out progressively. I review and edit โ€” mainly adjusting arguments, adding personal takes, cutting fluff. About 20-30 minutes per article.

12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch. Agent C generates images for finished articles. I don't need to supervise.

1:00 - 2:00 PM Continue editing + review images. If an image doesn't work, I manually tweak the prompt and regenerate.

2:00 - 4:00 PM All articles finalized. Agent D starts formatting and distributing.

4:00 PM 5 articles live across all platforms.

Comparison: Before, 1 article took 5-6 hours, so 5 articles meant 25-30 hours (3-4 workdays). Now: 1 day.

What AI Can Replace vs. What It Can't

Can replace: - Initial topic screening โ€” AI scans trends far faster than humans - Draft generation โ€” framework and factual content, AI writes well - Images โ€” AI-generated image quality is good enough - Formatting and distribution โ€” pure mechanical work, AI's sweet spot

Can't replace: - Topic decisions โ€” AI suggests 5 topics, I decide which are worth writing - Original viewpoints โ€” AI handles facts well, but unique perspectives need a human - Quality control โ€” AI occasionally gets facts wrong or makes logical leaps, must be human-reviewed - Brand voice โ€” AI mimics style to about 80%. The remaining 20% of "human touch" needs manual adjustment

Bottom line: AI does 80% of the grunt work. Humans do 20% of the thinking. Output triples, working hours don't increase.

Let's Do the Math

Kaihe AIBOX A1: One-time purchase, roughly 3,000+ RMB. Ships with OpenClaw and Hermes Agent.

API costs: Using DeepSeek V4-Flash for writing, 2 RMB per million tokens. 5 articles per day runs about 3-5 RMB. Less than 150 RMB per month.

Image generation costs: Seedream 4.5 and 5.0-lite have daily free quotas โ€” enough for my needs.

Compared to human labor: A content intern costs 4,000-6,000 RMB/month and produces 1-2 articles daily. Kaihe AIBOX costs ~150 RMB/month in API fees + one-time device amortization, producing 3x the output.

Plus, AIBOX doesn't take sick days, slack off, or quit.

Why Kaihe AIBOX Works for Content Production

24/7 operation. Agent A pushes topic suggestions at 7 AM automatically, whether I'm up or not. Agent D can publish articles at midnight. Time utilization is maximized.

Local execution. My content assets โ€” topic database, published articles, brand style templates โ€” all stored locally on AIBOX. Nothing uploaded to someone else's cloud. A content creator's most valuable assets are their materials and style. Those can't leak.

Multi-entrypoint triggers. Confirm topics in Feishu, say "publish" on WeChat, edit in the desktop app โ€” use whichever is convenient. Agents handle all entry points.

AI Box (also known as Agent Computer or AI Box) is a dedicated local hardware device that runs AI Agents, pre-installed with an AI agent management system, plug-and-play, running 24/7. Users can remotely command AI via WeChat, Feishu, DingTalk, and more. Kaihe AIBOX A1 running OpenClaw is essentially a 24/7 content production machine.

Not Just for Content Creators

This multi-Agent collaboration model works across industries:

E-commerce: Agent A scrapes competitor prices โ†’ Agent B writes product descriptions โ†’ Agent C generates product images โ†’ Agent D updates listings

Legal: Agent A scans case materials โ†’ Agent B searches regulations and precedents โ†’ Agent C drafts legal documents โ†’ Agent D archives and delivers

Operations: Agent A monitors data anomalies โ†’ Agent B analyzes causes โ†’ Agent C writes operations reports โ†’ Agent D pushes to team channels

Same core logic: break repetitive work into steps, assign each step to an Agent, humans only handle decisions and quality control.
