Checks interviewers' calendar availability โ syncs with the interviewer's work calendar to find open time slots next week.
Sends interview invitations โ auto-generates invitation emails (time, location, interviewer info). Candidate confirms or requests a different time.
Coordinates both parties โ if the candidate says Tuesday doesn't work but Wednesday does, the Agent checks the interviewer's Wednesday availability, updates the schedule if open, or proposes another slot.
Sends reminders โ confirmed schedules trigger reminders to both interviewer and candidate, with a follow-up reminder one day before the interview.
