📖 Glossary
AI Box (also known as Agent Computer / Agent PC), is a dedicated local hardware device that runs AI Agents. Pre-installed with an AI agent management system, plug-and-play, running 24/7. Users can remotely command AI to work via Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more.
Summary: Instead of forcing one AI to handle everything, I run three dedicated agents on my KAIHE AIBOX — work, money, home — each with isolated memory. This dedicated agent computer runs 24/7, works through the night on tasks I set by day, and requires no per-token fees after a one-time purchase.
Why Split Life Into Multiple AI Agents?
You have probably done this: after drafting a work proposal with AI, you ask it to track expenses, then days later when you ask about a contract clause — it rambles about your grocery list. AI is not the problem; treating it as one person is.
In reality we play different roles — professional, household CFO, family member — each demanding different knowledge and memory. Cramming all identities into one context means memories bleed together: a little about everything, depth about nothing.
KAIHE AIBOX runs multiple independent agents on one dedicated agent computer at home. I split mine into three: Work AI for emails, documents, code, scheduling; Money AI for bills, subscriptions, income, reminders; Home AI for chores, shopping, family schedules. Each has its own memory vault and file directory. They never cross-contaminate.

What Each AI Does
Work AI works overtime so you do not. During the day I hand off tasks: organize notes, extract contract milestones, optimize code. Cloud AI stops when you close your laptop. KAIHE AIBOX keeps running — organizing documents at midnight, crawling data before dawn, results in my inbox by morning. Sensitive files stay local and private.
Money AI is a dedicated bookkeeper. Personal finance needs continuous memory: recurring charges, renewal dates, payment deadlines. Mixed with Work AI, reimbursements get miscounted as personal spending. Isolated, I drop in bills and bank exports; it categorizes spending, sends reminders, flags anomalies, and produces a plain-language monthly summary. It does one thing — manages money.
Home AI is the household steward. It handles easy-to-forget items: shopping lists, birthdays, appliance warranties, pet food levels. Say "washing machine warranty good through next March" and it remembers. Snap the fridge and it adds what is missing. It never touches work or finance data — family can use it safely.
Why Not Three Cloud Subscriptions?
I tried. Three problems: switching fatigue across accounts, over $700 per year in fees, and the killer issue — cloud AI stops when the laptop turns off, overnight tasks mean listening to the fan all night.
KAIHE AIBOX sits quietly, draws less power than a phone charger, runs 24/7. I set tasks by day, it works while I sleep. It pays for itself in about one year of avoided subscriptions, after which it is essentially free — all data stays local.
| Three Cloud Subscriptions | KAIHE AIBOX | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | ~$720/year ongoing | One-time purchase, no token fees |
| Uptime | Stops with laptop | Runs 24/7 independently |
| Privacy | Uploaded to cloud | Local processing, data stays on device |
| Multi-Agent | Account switching, memory bleed | Isolated agents on one device |

Practical Tips
Split by decision boundaries, not tools. Do not separate coding from email — both are work and should share context. Split where information should not cross.
Give each agent its own folder. work_files/, finance/, home/ — physical isolation beats prompt-based isolation a hundred times over.
Use a router agent. A single entry-point routes requests to the right specialist automatically.
Do not over-split early. Three is plenty — work, money, home.
Final Thoughts
Splitting AI mirrors how we already live — colleagues, friends, family; different circles without overstepping. KAIHE AIBOX brings that circle logic to AI: not one know-it-all AI, but focused agents owning their lanes. One dedicated agent computer at home, data in your hands, one-time cost, keeping work, money, and home each in place 24/7. Once you try it, AI feels genuinely effortless.
