📖 Glossary
AI Box (also known as Agent Computer / Agent PC), is a dedicated local hardware device that runs AI Agents. Pre-installed with an AI agent management system, plug-and-play, running 24/7. Users can remotely command AI to work via Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more.
Summary: If you have used an AI chat tool, you know the feeling. It is clever, but you re-explain who you are every time. KAIHE AIBOX changes the shape rather than the model: a small machine at home that stays on, holding an assistant that remembers you and works while you do not. The Zhuoguang workbench it ships with keeps daily life in order.
What it is not
It is not a smarter ChatGPT. The models are the same ones, and you can point it at cloud models.
It is not a computer you code on. No environments, no command line: plug it in, connect it, open a browser on the same network.
The KAIHE AIBOX(铠盒AIBOX) is a small machine that stays on, roughly the size of a hardback, happy on a shelf or a desk corner.
That is the whole difference. The AI you use now is something you open. This one is simply there.

One: it remembers you
The most common frustration with AI is not that it is dumb. It is that it forgets.
Last week you told it you run a renovation business, that clients are mostly landlords in their forties, and that quotes should be itemised by room with a warranty clause. Open a new chat today and none of it is there. After the third time, most people stop bothering.
KAIHE AIBOX keeps that on its own disk: your trade, your clients, your format, your corrections.
It does not sound impressive. It is the line between something you keep using and something you abandon.
Two: close the laptop, it keeps working
At eleven at night you can tell it to sort today's files, draft three posts for tomorrow and categorise last week's spending. Then you sleep and shut your laptop. In the morning the work is on your phone.
It can do that because it does not run inside your computer: its own power, its own CPU, roughly the draw of a router.
For anyone with a day job, the chores you never have time for move to the night shift. You sleep. It works.

Three: the Zhuoguang workbench keeps life in order
KAIHE AIBOX ships with a workbench called Zhuoguang. The name is poetic; the use is plain: one place where the loose ends of daily life get collected.
| How you handle it now | How it handles it |
|---|---|
| Notes app full of uncategorised to-dos | To-do list with dates and urgency, ticked off when done |
| Articles saved and never read | Send the link, it reads the piece and files a summary |
| A budget abandoned in March | Say "lunch, 35" and it records it, then totals the month |
| Parents' medication kept in your head | Reminders, appointment dates and visit records, pushed on time |
| Bills and insurance renewals | Dated records with reminders, no scrolling back through chats |
| Records of your kid growing up | Diary and memoir entries, arranged into a timeline |
The things an ordinary person worries about are more numerous than they look. Most are not hard, they are fragmented across seven apps, three group chats and your own head.
You do not learn an interface. You talk: "dentist Friday at three", "spent 86 on groceries", "remind me to book the car service". It files it in the right place.
Four: the whole family can use it
One device holds separate accounts for several people, each person's to-dos, budget and diary invisible to the others.
An older parent may struggle with a new app but can use a messaging app: connect it and they type "what pills do I take today". A child can ask about homework vocabulary without seeing your accounts.
The value is not technical: the things only you keep straight finally have somewhere to live.
What it will not do
It will not make decisions for you. It tidies, reminds, drafts and files; you decide.
It is not omniscient. Ask for what it cannot do and it says so rather than inventing an answer.
It needs power and a network. Cut the power and it stops. It just does not need your laptop to be on.
Who it is for
Honestly, not everyone.
If you ask a few questions a week, the free AI on your phone is enough.
But if any of these is true, it earns its place: you use AI daily and re-explain context every time; you have a pile of files marked "when I have time"; you wish something were working late at night; the family logistics, the parents and the kids rest on your memory alone.
The problem it solves is not that AI is not clever enough. It is that AI has always been a temp worker.
An assistant that remembers you, runs without your laptop, and keeps track of groceries and your mother's medication — that is what an ordinary person can actually do with it.
