Among the many options, Meituan MiYou, ByteDance Coze, and Tencent YuanQi are the three most representative platforms in China today. Each embodies a different philosophy of Agent construction: community ecosystem, zero-code building, and deep integration, respectively.

The building process is genuinely smooth. The visual editor is intuitive. What I appreciated most was the conditional branching capability — I could set logic like "if there was a project meeting this week, list project progress separately in the report."
The rich plugin library is Coze's hard advantage. 100+ official plugins cover virtually every common need, so you don't have to write API integration code yourself.
But Coze has a weak spot: WeChat ecosystem support is thin. While you can publish to WeChat, it's a basic conversational bot with no ability to deeply read WeChat chat history or integrate with WeCom.

Actual Experience:
YuanQi delivers the best experience in WeCom scenarios. My Agent didn't just generate a weekly report — it could also: - Extract key discussion points from WeCom group chats during the week - Automatically link pending items from approval workflows - Push the report directly to the department group, eliminating manual forwarding
But the building process is noticeably more complex than Coze's. YuanQi's configuration interface leans developer-oriented — many settings require understanding APIs and permissions. If you don't have a technical background, there's a real learning curve.
Another consideration: YuanQi's advantage is tied to the WeChat ecosystem. If your team primarily uses Feishu or DingTalk, YuanQi's edge diminishes significantly.

If your Agent needs to serve users across Feishu, WeChat, Douyin, and other channels simultaneously, Coze's multi-channel publishing capability is the strongest.
6. The Future of Agent Platforms: Ecosystem Decides the Winner
Looking back at the mobile internet era, the battle of operating systems was never decided by technology alone — it was decided by ecosystem. iOS won because of the App Store ecosystem; Android won because of its open ecosystem.
Agent platforms are replaying the same story.
Short-term: features. Long-term: ecosystem. Today's Agent platforms compete on who has more plugins and a better UI. Tomorrow's competition will focus on which ecosystem can attract the most developers and users, creating a virtuous cycle.
