Family Workbench: School Notices, Elderly Checkups and Household Errands in One Place

📖 Glossary

AI Box (also known as Agent Computer / Agent PC), is a dedicated local hardware device that runs AI Agents. Pre-installed with an AI agent management system, plug-and-play, running 24/7. Users can remotely command AI to work via Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more.

Summary: KAIHE AIBOX ships a workbench that gives each household item one home. A school notice, a checkup, the grocery list, a renewal. This article covers what to put in, what to keep out, and the mistakes that break these systems.

The problem is not the errands. It is where they are kept

Seven twenty in the morning, and you remember on the way out that a permission slip is due today. At noon the teacher posts a payment link in the class chat; you see it and swipe past. At four a grandparent calls about next Wednesday's follow-up; you are driving, so you say "got it". At seven, facing a supermarket shelf, you cannot recall what is in the fridge.

Each item is one sentence of information. Each still needs somewhere to sit. A brain is not that place. A class chat is not either, because a message three hundred posts old is effectively gone. A notes app could be, but nobody opens one and types a title while driving or cooking.

The cost is not forgetting. It is re-remembering where you put the thing you already wrote down.

Move the act of recording out of your head

A workbench called zhuoguang ships inside KAIHE AIBOX. It does not ask you to learn an app. It asks that you hand each item over in one sentence.

"Friday three at the school gate, bring the health form." "Grandma's checkup is Wednesday at nine, warn me a day before." "We are out of rice, add it to the shopping." "The household register is in the second drawer of the study."

Then you stop. No category, no folder.

Where it differs from a reminder app is the second half. A reminder app makes a sound and the work is still yours. The workbench keeps entries grouped by kind, so you can ask in a sentence: what has to be paid this month, when is the next checkup, who borrowed the ladder.

Figure

Notices, checkups and groceries each get a slot

What comes up Handled today Where it goes
School notices, slips, payments Swiped past in a class chat A to-do with a date and a reminder
Checkups, medication, physicals Phone notes, a paper booklet Visit records, medication list, reminders
Groceries, goods, stationery Recalled at the shop, or not at all A shopping list grouped by kind
Bills, renewals, inspections Handled when the invoice arrives Key records with a reminder date
Household announcements Sent to each person separately Shared to-dos and announcements

The value is not completeness. It is that there is only one place. When an item has one home, the "I did write it down, just somewhere else" loop stops.

A second layer matters for families: one device holds separate spaces per member, so a shopping list and a medication record stay apart, and whoever signs in sees their own material.

It does not go through your group chats

The device does not read, monitor or summarise your family chat, your class chat, or your private messages. Its memory has one source: the sentence you chose to hand it.

So "you stop digging through chat history" means you no longer scroll back for a notice from two hours ago, because you handed it over at the time. Not that the device scanned the chat for you.

Figure

Three things to keep out

Anything that must be exact: dosage, allergies, document numbers. Speech to text produces the wrong character occasionally, and here one wrong character is expensive.

Anything too sensitive to want twice: bank cards, passwords, health report detail. Data stays on the device rather than in an account, but a second copy of a bank card buys nothing.

Anything likely to move: a time or place that changes. Say the correction out loud, or the old version executes.

Everything else goes in. Household clutter is unimportant item by item and only hurts when missed.

One thing to get right

KAIHE AIBOX is a dedicated agent computer that runs on its own power around the clock and does not occupy your laptop. A thought at midnight can be handed over at midnight and still be there in the morning.

The common mistake is treating it as a wish list: ten items in one breath, expecting all ten to be held. One at a time, with the condition stated in full, is more reliable. Which day, which hour, how far ahead to warn you.

Household clutter does not shrink because you have a better memory. It can stop occupying your head once it has somewhere else to live.
